About Mederi Digital

Mederi Digital is a white-glove design studio for healthcare professionals. We design thoughtful digital experiences for doctors, wellness practices, and health systems that strengthen patient trust, improve access to care, and support compliant growth. Our clients have included Houston Methodist, MD Anderson, Johns Hopkins, Memorial Hermann, Virta, and Hazel Health.

Our model is built on two phases: a Foundation Build that produces a custom, ADA-conscious, HIPAA-aware projects, followed by an ongoing Digital Care subscription where we quietly maintain, monitor, and improve each client’s digital presence every month. We move with calm, care, and precision — and we’re looking for someone who can carry that promise forward with our clients every day.

The Role

We’re hiring a dedicated Product Account Manager to own the post-launch life of our client relationships. Once a project launches, you become the steady hand the client relies on: their strategist, their advocate inside our studio, and the person making sure their digital presence keeps getting better month after month.

This is not a ticket-closing job. You’ll be the connective tissue between busy healthcare professionals and our internal design, development, and SEO teams. You’ll think like a product manager about each client’s project, prioritizing what matters, scoping changes, and shipping improvements, while bringing the warmth, discretion, and polish of a senior account lead.

What You’ll Do

Own the client relationship

  • Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients on our Digital Care subscription.

  • Run regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and strategy calls that are short, valuable, and respectful of clients’ time.

  • Translate clients' clinical, operational, and brand context into clear briefs for our internal team.

  • Anticipate needs before clients have to ask: the concierge standard.

Drive the product roadmap for each site

  • Maintain a living roadmap for each client’s project: what’s shipping this month, what’s next, what’s being monitored.

  • Prioritize incoming requests against site performance, accessibility, SEO, and growth opportunities.

  • Scope and write tickets for designers, developers, and SEO specialists; review work before it goes to the client.

  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and performance data to recommend improvements clients didn’t know to ask for.

Protect quality and compliance

  • Hold the line on our ADA-conscious, HIPAA-aware standards, catching issues before clients or their patients ever see them.

  • Coordinate with hosting, security, and SEO partners to keep every site stable, fast, and discoverable.

  • Document decisions and changes so nothing slips through the cracks between meetings.

Grow the account

  • Identify natural opportunities to expand scope: new pages, campaigns, content, accessibility audits, in ways that genuinely serve the client.

  • Renew and retain. Healthy relationships and visible value are how we measure success here.

  • Bring patterns back to leadership: what clients are asking for, what’s working, what we should productize.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years in account management, client success, digital project management, or product management: ideally at an agency, design studio, or healthcare-adjacent company.

  • You write clearly and warmly. Your emails are short, your briefs are tight, and your meeting notes leave no ambiguity.

  • You’re fluent in the vocabulary: CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress), basic HTML/CSS literacy, analytics (GA4), SEO fundamentals, and how design and development teams actually ship work.

  • You think in roadmaps and tradeoffs, not just task lists. You can say “not yet” gracefully and explain why.

  • You’re comfortable with healthcare professionals: doctors, practice managers, marketing leads at health systems — and you understand why discretion, accuracy, and compliance matter in this industry.

  • You’re calm under pressure. When something breaks, you communicate first and panic never.

  • You take ownership. We’re a small studio; you’ll have real authority and real accountability.

Bonus points for

  • Direct healthcare, life sciences, or regulated-industry experience (HIPAA awareness, ADA / WCAG familiarity).

  • Previous experience inside a boutique or premium agency where the client expectation was “white glove,” not “ticket queue.”

  • Familiarity with Webflow, Figma, Notion, Linear, or similar tools we use day to day.

Compensation & Benefits

We’re building the kind of studio we’d want to work at. That means competitive pay, real time off, and benefits that treat you like an adult with a life outside of work.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.

  • Performance bonus: up to 10% of base, tied to client retention rate, account expansion revenue, and renewal satisfaction (NPS), metrics you directly influence.

  • Annual compensation review.

Health & wellbeing

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you (generous contribution toward dependents).

  • Mental health support: covered therapy sessions and access to a wellness stipend.

  • Annual wellness/fitness reimbursement.

Time off & flexibility

  • Unlimited paid time off, with a 3-week minimum, we actively encourage you to take.

  • Paid company-wide shutdown the last week of December.

  • All federal holidays, plus a floating holiday for what matters to you.

  • Flexible hybrid schedule — anchor days in our Houston studio, focused work from home the rest of the week.

  • “No-meeting Fridays” so deep work actually happens.

Family & life

  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents (birth, adoption, or foster), with a flexible ramp-back schedule.

  • Bereavement, caregiver, and pregnancy loss leave — because life happens.

  • Fertility and family-planning support.

Money & future

  • 401(k) with employer match.

  • Annual professional development budget for courses, conferences, books, and certifications.

  • Home-office stipend to set up your remote workspace, plus a monthly internet & phone allowance.

Culture

  • Small, senior team: your work will be visible, and your voice will carry weight.

  • Annual team offsite and quarterly studio dinners.

  • A genuine commitment to a calm, sustainable pace. We don’t glorify burnout.
